1. Information We Collect

When you use our scorecard, lead forms, or booking tools, we collect:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, company, website
  • Business context: workflow description, business type, current tools, desired outcomes, urgency, and budget range
  • Scorecard answers: your 10-question self-assessment responses
  • Technical data: IP address (hashed), browser type, page visited, timestamp

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your audit or sprint inquiry
  • Prepare a personalized workflow assessment
  • Send follow-up relevant to the workflow you described
  • Improve our control plane templates and scorecard questions

We do not sell your information. We do not use your data to train generative AI models.

3. Storage & Security

Data is stored in a managed database with encrypted connections. Fallback logs (used when the database is temporarily unavailable) are stored as hashed, append-only records on the server. Access is limited to STAGERLABS operators.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following cookies and tracking tools:

  • Session cookie (PHPSESSID): Required for form security (CSRF protection) and rate-limiting. This cookie is essential and cannot be declined.
  • Consent cookie (sl_consent): Stores your advertising cookie preference. Set when you respond to the cookie banner. Expires in 1 year.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Loaded only if you click "Accept advertising cookies" on the cookie banner. It sends page view and conversion events to Meta Platforms, Inc. to help us measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. You can decline this at any time by clicking "Essential only" on the cookie banner. Meta's data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, other ad networks, or session recording tools.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data or a copy of your stored information at any time by emailing stagerlabs@stagerlabs.com.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
