STAGERLABS is a governed-AI advisory and build practice. The 7-Day Sprint is a fixed-scope diagnostic-and-prototype engagement — not a software subscription. You leave owning three things: a specification, a working prototype, and an evidence dashboard.
After Day 7, you pick one path:
- Build — we implement the full workflow against the verified spec (retainer or fixed-bid).
- Handoff — you take the spec, prototype, and roadmap in-house and build it; we review at milestones.
- Operate — we run and maintain the control plane as a managed service (monthly).
The Sprint doesn't lock you into any path. Its job is to make that decision evidence-based instead of speculative.
